The indoor fitness competition continues to take the world by storm as athletes gather in Nice, France, for the HYROX World Championships 2024 – the ultimate test of strength, endurance and determination. Burpees, sled pushes, rope climbs and beyond, HYROX events see competitors take on a mix of running and functional training that make it a gruelling test of strength and determination. During this fitness race, athletes run 1km eight times, covering eight different workout stations in between. The HYROX World Championships are the pinnacle of HYROX racing. Out of 175,000 global competitors, only the top two percent earn a competition spot. As the event lands in Nice, France, at the iconic Palais des Expositions, the small percentage of the world's best who made it to battle for the HYROX World Champion title. Nestled on the stunning French Riviera, Nice hosts the epic three-day event with individual competitions on Saturday and an intense Doubles division on Sunday, were every athlete pushes their limits in a bid to make HYROX history.
