A thrilling finale awaited the crowds of the Spanish city, as the world's best divers battled for the podium for the last time in the 2015 season. Diving from the La Salve bridge overlooking the famous Guggenheim Museum, British diver Gary Hunt, fresh from another World Series champion title win, failed to make the final, despite performing his groundbreaking new running start dive. It was Steven LoBue who snatched the spotlight, making a career-defining comeback, after returning from injury. The US diver turned a tough season on its head, and took the fight for the podium at the final stop down to the wire, throwing down an epic final dive to conquer Colombia's Orlando Duque and British diver Blake Aldridge.
