Azores

Stop three of the 2016 season landed in the beautiful and wild Azores, where the world's elite divers faced some of the toughest diving conditions of the year. Both rounds of the final day's dives were made off the cliff, with 2–3m wave swells awaiting the divers below. In the men's competition, a strong and focused Gary Hunt threw down a series of textbook dives, earning him his second successive win of the season. In the Women's competition, Australian wildcard Rhiannan Iffland served up a winning performance, shaking up the field and charging ahead of Lysanne Richard and Ginger Huber to take a clear lead in the World Series rankings.
